He teaches us  that reading is unnatural. That since there is no natural reading, we must learn to read, without leaving the learning reader into the hands of childish spontaneity.

Paying attention to the conclusions of international studies on reading comprehension, Gregorio Luri points out that the number of books we have in home is the most reliable predictor of a child's school progress. 

And he gives us a new word for our vocabulary: the lectordorfina. He defines it very well. We only add that reading provides us pleasure. Books feed us, make us dream, they move us, they provoke us, they make us think, they allow us to understand life. To us and our children.
